This skill is most useful for worries about hypothetical situations over which you have little to no control Examples of these types of worries incl ude Worries about you or a loved one developing a ser ious illness Worries about you or a loved one Points are scored by getting rid of all the cards in your hand before your opponents You score points for cards left in your opponents57557 hands HOW TO PLAY Every player picks a card The person who picks the highest number deals Action Cards count Too much worry can be bad as it leaves us feeling tense and anxious Even though we might say to ourselves and to others Stop worrying Its pointless It wont do any good there is something about w rrying that mak s it har d to stop This is because Ordinary people, like you and me, speaking .
