Prepared an RFP for services related to Social Media and Publication of articles for the VEBA, Non VEBA and AWANE Inc. The RFP was sent out to three providers to compare the current services and the pricing for those services to make sure that the services and the pricing are in line with what the outside market will charge for the services.
Slide4Cambridge Consulting Contract Review
I am in the process of putting together an RFP and analysis for the services of Cambridge Consulting. We have put together a comprehensive list of the services that Cambridge provides and we are searching the market for actuarial firms that can provide the comprehensive list of services that AWANE is currently receiving.
Slide5On-Line Benefits Administration and Enrollment Project
We contacted several providers who would be able to provide on-line benefit enrollment and administration for all members of the VEBA and Non-VEBA. We received a quote that will serve as a starting point for negotiating a future contract. This project is on-going and we will be looking into the services for the next several months.

Each Quarter we review all of the expense checks that are written for the VEBA, Non-VEBA and AWANE Inc. During our review we are looking to make sure that the expenses are appropriate for each entity and also that they are in line with current agreements and that they are being paid in the proper allocation that is in place.

Starting this year, we are reviewing the Form 5500 and the audit report.
