Slide14First Time User – Center Based No Co-Pay promotion Bright Horizons will waive an employee’s center based co-pay if they choose center based care the first time they use the Back-Up Care Advantage Program.
The promotion is done at the employee level (not the dependent level) so if an employee’s first reservation request of the program year is for well child care, and they choose center based care, they will have their co-pay waived.
