Face your target
Step with your opposite foot towards the target
(if throwing hand is right, step towards target with left)
Flex your knee
and get low to the ground! (May vary based on activity playing)

Bowling
Bowling is a lifetime physical activity that can be played by people from all ages.
A game is made of 10 frames; each frame represents a turn for the bowler.
If the player knocks down all pins with first roll it is a strike; If not, a second roll is attempted.
If a bowler commits a foul, by stepping over line, it counts as a shot, and pins knocked down are re-spotted without counting. Slide9

Amateur sport played world wide by people from all ages.
Played on a bowling green (can be played at the park)
Equipment needed: 4 matched bowling balls
The jack- a small white ball
Object of the game is to roll your bowl as close as to the jack.
The team that has nearest to the ‘jack’ scores one point and an additional for each bowl from the same team that is closer to the bowl.
