A product is something that is sold or used. Only the name of the product will be capitalized. For example, the word candy does not need a capital letter. But the name of the candy needs a capital letter, like

Some geographic places are states, cities, rivers, oceans, countries, and continents. The names of those places need a capital letter. Here are some geographic places you may know: California, Texas, New York, England, and the Pacific Ocean.
