According to the latest US Census data, nearly 47% of non-citizens under the age of 35 years old. In 2010, Mexico, India, and the Philippines were country of birth for majority of immigrants in the US. In 2011, the median age for refugees arriving in the US was 24 years old.Immigrants make up over 31% of the uninsured population.
