Negotiate rates and contracting terms
Leveraging relationships and spend
Less risk in agreements (attrition, cancellation, early departure fees, payment schedules)
Anthony Travel has approval to sign hotel contracts
Anthony Travel will be responsible to settle the final bill with the hotel

5 When will you reach out to us? A contract would go through the University of Illinois Hotel Program when the University of Illinois would be the organization responsible for signing the contract, paying for the event, and the venue of the contract is a hotel.
This includes hotel meeting space contracts and hotel sleeping room contracts with ten (10) or more rooms.
Anthony Travel will handle all the behind the scenes work with sourcing, contracting, and payment for the sleeping room block or event that is contracted with a hotel. You get to enjoy the process of selecting the property and will work directly with the hotel from the time of sending your initial inquiry to negotiating the contract, finalizing the contract and settling the final bill.
