Infutor, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 2012 – 2022 Chief Executive Officer Visionary and strategist of behind the transformation of a small consumer marketing list company into a market leading digital identity management platform. Defined vision, goals, and scope based on customer needs, market intelligence, and industry dynamics. Crafted investment, go to market, SaaS/DaaS product, marketing, and pricing strategies. Partnered with Norwest Venture Partners to recruit a board of directors and attract executive HR, legal, finance, sales, and marketing talent focused on operational excellence and accelerated growth. Built relationships with client stakeholders to improve delivery of data compilation and management, analytics, and consulting services. Established and exceeded pipeline, bookings, retention, revenue, and EBITDA targets for year-over-year account and revenue growth. · Secured a private equity investment/family buyout for $91M (4.8X Revenue) ; 2nd exit to strategic buyer for $250M (5X Revenue) five years after the investment from Norwest Venture Partners · Grew client base from 25 to 300+ as CEO; broadened product offerings, including two acquisitions to expand market share. · Increased revenue from $18M to $50M+ and $7 EBITDA to approximately $20M EBITDA while partnered with NVP. · Expanded workforce from approximately 25 to 100+ in the US and from 10 to 50+ in Costa Rica. · Developed and Executed a cloud migration strategy to move Infutor from 2 colocation data centers into AWS. · Successfully transformed Infutor into a product lead culture aligning about a “standard product, standard service” mindset. · Executed a successful branding strategy; while building and implementing a data driven demand gen capability · Evolved from a 5 person sales team to a best in class data driven and process driven, commercial organization; including sales engineering, implementation, New logo team, Account management team, CSM team, and revenue operations team · Established a transparent and efficient board and investor reporting and communication process that included monthly financial calls, quarterly board meetings, and also earned the boards trust with an open door policy sharing both good and bad news quickly.
