Clark is a Manager with PwC's Cybersecurity and Privacy Solutions practice in New York. She capitalizes on her multidisciplinary background to offer innovative, culturally sound solutions for clients facing the challenge of keeping pace with the increasingly complex privacy and cybersecurity landscape. She leads teams in the execution of projects for companies with security and privacy programs at a variety of maturity levels, helping some to develop a defensible privacy program and others to bolster their sophisticated global program to reach GDPR compliance. Rachael is a Certified Information Privacy Professional as well as a licensed attorney. Over the course of her career she has counseled business teams on changes in a variety of regulatory areas, and has collaborated with various stakeholders to address issues relating to business operations and expansion. She specializes in working with business teams to assess gaps in privacy and compliance programs and creating the policies and procedures to remediate the gaps. Prior to joining PwC, Rachael was in house counsel for a management and consulting company offering services in the healthcare space following several years as a litigator specializing in insurance defense. Prior to earning her law degree she worked in Moscow, Russia at an English-language newspaper and as a communications coordinator a t a Big 4 firm. Rachael speaks Russian and French and is an active member of the professional community; she volunteers with the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds leadership roles in the Association of Corporate Counsel, New York City Chapter and the New York City Bar Association's Women in the Legal Profession Committee.
