True Resilience Scale™ The TRS is:The best scales available to measure resilience among college age students.Highly reliable and valid.Fun and easy to take.
Written at the 6th grade level.The TRS takes only 4-5 minutes to complete.

We offer the unique True Resilience Profile for each student who completes the TRS. The Profile is:A six-page report that explains an individual’s True Resilience score.Printable for each student.A great jumping-off place for resilience-building programs.
