Private 140 unit townhouse complex built by Pulte Homes from 2008 - 2011.
Required County inspections were performed at intervals specified by the Building Code in place at the time.
County contacted by attorney representing unit owners to view the conditions and offer direction. Inspector observed:
Stucco cracking/Water intrusion
Damage to structural wood membersDamage to floor system Slide19
Summary
Concerns with workmanship of floor system appears to be isolated to the unit at 7777 Moser Ave.
Since concerns with 7777 Moser Ave were first reported, 87 additional unit owners have come forward with concerns of improper stucco installation. Slide20
