Cereal? or

Serial Killer

!

Did you know?

Cereal is the

third most popular item sold after carbonated beverages.

Cereal? or

Serial Killer

!

Cereal cannot be considered a balanced breakfast.

It has no redeeming properties

Cereal is force fed to our children until it becomes a habit to them.

Cereal? or

Serial Killer

!

Cereals with Added Protein

Over processing causes amino acids to be ravaged and therefore have almost no ability to be absorbed by the body. After a bowl of cereal in the morning you get a sugar high and the Fat Bus!

Cereal? or

Serial Killer

!

Remember the Fat Bus?

Fat Storage and reduced metabolism throughout the day!

Cereal? or

Serial Killer

!

Cereal is a

SERIAL KILLER

because most Americans opt for it first thing in the morning EVERYDAY! Cereal translates to SUGAR! You are keeping a growth hormone in your system all day to combat the effects of your early morning cereal.

Cereal? or

!

Think again!

Cereals with added Fiber Over processing again destroys fibers

Fortified with vitamins and minerals?

This is a marketing tactic!

As soon as they add the synthetic “cheap”

stuff the cereal becomes even less healthy.

“But I must have a bowl of cereal…”

At least hold the milk! Even if Thrive Approved! Milk intensifies the problem. Hi sugar and/or high fat.

Milk is full of hormones and

other bacteria
