13 years ago Irene Murgatroyd identified a gap for quality plastic products in Southern Africa and consequently founded Fullimput in 2003.
The company manufactures entire product ranges from their factory based in Jacobs, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Taking the company to new heights
The purpose of the BBBEE transaction was two fold: to diversify the ownership of the business to meet the legal and statutory requirements and to enlist black partners that could assist Fullimput to unleash its full potential.
After several years of searching, Reginald Nyandeni and Zee Cele showed interest and concluded a 26% share purchase in August 2016 through their investment entity called Pacode Pty Ltd which is 100% female owned. (Parcode is securing an additional 4% share in the business which will take their shares to 30% BBBEE ownership).
Both Reginald and Zee have been appointed to the board of Fullimput. Reginald has assumed an executive role as Commercial Director whilst Zee will remain a non-executive director.

Zee held a senior position at the office of the Receiver of Revenue before leaving to set Category up her own company.
Among other publications, she contributed a chapter on "Women and Tax" in the book “ SOUTH AFRICAN WOMEN TODAY”, published by Maskew Miller, Longman. In August 1999 Zee received the S.A Woman of the Year Award - Business (awarded by Shoprite/Checkers and SABC3).

Master Accountacy University of NatalZee practises as a Tax Specialist and Professional Accountant. She ran her Durban based company, TAX SOLUTIONS CC, from 1989 to January 2011. In February 2011, Zee’s company merged with an Accounting and Financial Services firm, Garach & Garach, which has offices in Umhlanga, Durban and Johannesburg.Slide9
She was recognised for her achievements by the Durban City Council in 1999 when she received the Mayor's Awards for Excellence.
Zee co-founded Sport For All Franchising (Pty) Ltd, a social franchising organisation that provides access to various sports codes in townships and rural communities.
She was a council member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) from 1998 to 2003.
She served on the board and Audit Committee of Eskom Holdings Ltd from 2005 to 2011.
Zee currently serves on the boards and Audit Committees of the following listed companies: Hulamin Ltd, Efficient Financial Holdings Ltd and Combined Motor Holdings Limited. She also serves on the boards of Trade and Investment KZN, Harith General Partners (also Audit Committee Chair), Avbob.
She was a director of High Footprint Management (Pty) Ltd, a company that managed uShaka Marine World from 2003 to March 2013. Zee is a commercial member of the Tax Court and was a member of the Standing Advisory Committee on Company Law until March 2011.In July 2016, Zee was appointed as non-executive director of Fullimput.Slide10
Reginald joined Tongaat-Hulett Group [THG] in 1990 and was immediately seconded to the National Economic Initiative [NEI], a high profile economic advocacy organisation funded by THG based in Durban. Its focus was to promote and facilitate dialogue amongst KZN Corporates seeking sustainable solutions to socio-economic issues of the time with focus on Affirmative Action, Business Linkages and Housing.
During the same year, Reginald joined Hulett Aluminium initially as a Regional Sales Manager and 1998 appointed as Marketing Director [Foil], responsible for the local and international sales and marketing. This role resulted in developing markets in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America as well as Africa.

Reginald is a former director of the Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Business and a non-executive director of Sirdar. He joined Fullimput in July 2016, as Commerical Director.Slide11
In the early 2000s, Reginald was appointed as a non-executive director of Packaging of Southern Africa [PACSA] and during his tenure introduced two Industry Awards, namely, Innovation Foil Award and ‘Out of Africa Award’. The latter award proved extremely popular with a number of packaging companies from African countries.
In 2003, Reginald was appointed Chairman of the Business Support Centre [BSC], a non-profit organisation that provides business support to emerging entrepreneurs. During the past decade, the BSC has facilitated the creation of over 2,600 jobs, established over 50 sustainable enterprises that never existed before. These businesses cumulative revenue to-date is well over R500 million.
In 2007, the BSC successfully facilitated a BBBEE stake for 52 of BSC emerging entrepreneurs who are now Hulamin shareholders through Imbewu Capital investment entity.
In addition to other responsibilities at Hulamin, Reginald was, in 2014, tasked to head up Aluminium Beneficiation Initiative [ABI], a joint economic initiative between South 32 and Hulamin to unlock downstream beneficiation opportunities for the aluminium industry. ABI has already identified over 102 entrepreneurs from all provinces of the country with projects to beneficiate aluminium. Recently, ABI led a trade mission to South Korea where it established technological partners for these entrepreneursSlide12
