Percentage of California baccalaureate degrees earned in the CSU The CSU has a long tradition of providing access to higher education to Californians from different ethnic, socio-economic, and educational backgrounds, making it the most diverse university system in the country.The CSU has significant academic preparation and outreach programs increasing college readiness for K-12 students. 60% of each year’s graduating class transferred to the CSU
