Under “Home” in the ribbon above, click on New Slide and then scroll through the options for the slide you want and click on it!Slide11

How to Change a Slide Layout

Select the slide you’re wanting to work on from the left side bar

Under the “Home” ribbon click on Layout and choose another layout option and click on it.Slide12

The theme has colors that fit our scheme embedded – so use them.How to find them:

1. Select Object

2. Shape Format (Click in top ribbon)

3. Drop down from “Shape Fill” (as seen in image below)

4. Use only the top colors. (unless doing a table as seen on slide 7)

How to Insert a Video

Go to New Slide and Add the Video Slide

Drag video file onto slide and resize to fit over dark gray area

With the video selected, go up to “Video Format” and

check the box beside “Play full screen”Slide23

The last slides should be a “thank you” slide, followed by a black slide and then the end slate (church logo and copyright info). The black slide and end slate are found in the layouts. The thank you slide should be a “statement or question” layout
