The two keys to a healthy diet are eating the right amount of food for how active you are eating a range of foods to make sure youre getting a balanced diet A healthy balanced diet contains a variety of types of food including plenty of fruit vegeta Objectives. State what is a sugar sweetened beverage (SSBs). Explain what happens when a person consumers too many SSBs. Identify sources of sugar in food. Reflect on your personal beverage intake. Be empowered to make smarter beverage choices.
