What you will be graded on:
Craft:
The set must include
both a cup and a saucer
. A spoon or other stirring device is optional.
The cup must function as a drinking vessel (it can hold liquid and you easily can drink from it).
The cup should be at least 5 inches across or tall.
The cup and saucer should be created using coil methods.
The surface and shape should be refined and free from *unintentional* textures and lumps.
Concept:
You must have at least 5 sketches of different ideas in your sketchbook,
The cup and saucer set must have a theme that ties them together (the idea).
Your idea should be unique and non-traditional, meaning you should not be able to find this design in any store. It needs to be your own idea or a unique version of something that inspired your idea.
