Benefits of the Squat

Improved athleticism GOOD SQUATS can lead to hip, knee and back health later in life

Develops good hip extension which is necessary in life and as an athlete

Triggers a very strong neuroendocrine response

Leads to muscle growth and increases in strengthSlide4

Good squats are great for you but bad squats can lead to injury!Lack of technique can lead to:Lower back pain or injury
