Hitler said this in in Berlin February 1936. Before the war Hitler tricked people into thinking he wanted peace, and in doing so he was setting himself up to gain the Germans peoples support of the war. In this quote Hitler does not directly show his strong militaristic ideas but he brings them up in a less radical way. when he says that Germany is “not a warlike nation. It is a soldierly one” he is almost prepping the German people for his radical views down the road.Slide8
