Succession Planning/Attracting New Faculty Michael Wyly, Solano CollegeMonica Zarske, Santa Ana College   Many local academic senates have a process for recruiting and grooming faculty to prepare them to serve on the academic senate and in leadership roles. It should be noted that the Curriculum Chair is also a leadership role. The depth and breadth of knowledge needed to be an effective Curriculum Chairs is extensive. In this breakout, attendees will have an opportunity to learn about and engage in dialog regarding succession planning for the Curriculum Chair.  (Basics Strand)
