The Government of Angola has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Commercial Agriculture Development Project (hereinafter “CADP”) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments under the contract for Business Intelligence for GEPE and rehabilitation of the communication network. This contract will be jointly financed by the French Development Agency . Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations . 2. The CADP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of e xternal services associated with the project for the creation and implementation of the National Integrated System of Agricultural Statistics (SNIEA). Additionally , as described under this Terms of Reference, the renew al and optimiz ation of the communicati on networks of MINAGRIP, both in internal and external valences, to guarantee the existence structure of the Communication Systems that support s the information feed ing to SNIEA , is needed . This service and equipment must be delivered to the GEPE - Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, in Luanda. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit (PIU CADP), Senior Procurement Officer, with E - mail address: maria.silva@pdac.ao a nd inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00 to 15:30 Angola Local Time, from Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 15:00 on Friday . 5. The bidding document in English language may be requested in written by interested eligible Bidders to the address below and will be sent by email in PDF format. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 a.m Angola local time on Friday, 22 January, 2021 . Electronic Bidding is permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
