By stating simple and clear rules, the students will know what is expected of them. I will encourage good behavior by implementing a reward system that recognizes those students who follow the rules of the classroom. There will also be consequences put into play for those students who display inappropriate behavior. I will also keep a daily behavior log documenting incidents that may occur on a given day.
