Caramelized (in picture). With nut butter. Or add to pancake batter. Or mash up (like pudding). Or freeze for a popsicle
Cauliflower, How? Like “rice” and sautéed (in picture). You have to put cauliflower 1st on shred blade in food processor to make rice-like). Or, bake with oil, parmesan or nutritional yeast. Or Mashed (boil, puree, add Greek yogurt and cheese).
