What

In return, learn from other NEFA member’s content

Built in part on the understanding that people learn best and faster when they themselves are learning to teach someone else. This idea not only allows us to teach others, but it also allows us to benefit from teaching by ourselves learning in the process.

Success will rely heavily on all members volunteering to share, teach, and create topics for the Online Learning Center

Effectiveness as a group to create the Online Learning Center will be greater than anything we could achieve in isolation to each other

Online Learning Center:

Why?

Support NEFA’s core values of Community, Education, and Professionalism

Achieved by passing along lessons we’ve learned

Provide centralized educational tools and resources for our industry

Help all NEFA members, no matter the experience level, to continue to grow & learn

Industry is constantly changing and it is important to stay in touch with the latest developments, skills, new technology, etc.

We will never be “done” or “finished” learning about the industry, and need to stay up to date with the latest developments, skills, technology, etc.

“When you get it, reach back, pull someone else up. Each one, teach one. Don’t just aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference.” Denzel Washington
