Pregnancy-Related Disability =
Serious Health Condition
Pregnancy-related disability is a separate leave of up to 4 months
Registered Domestic Partners
Qualifying exigency leave for employee’s or family member’s military deployment
Leave arising out of the active duty or impending call to active duty for foreign deployment of the employee, spouse, child or parent.
Care for ill or injured service member
Covered. “Next of kin” allowed
26 weeks w/in a 12 month period.
