slide2. Aaron’s Advice Don’t be afraid to be yourself in a positive way.
Be a leader and not a follower.
It is important to listen to other peoples opinions and respect them.<br>
slide3. Alex’s Advice My advice to you is to always behave very good and be a hard worker at whatever job sight you are at. Also do not be such a slow rate worker!<br>
slide4. Dre’s Advice The job coaches push you to do better.
If you try to give up, you will be pushed to keep going.
Project SEARCH will help you with getting a job!<br>

You will work with new people you never met.
You must be to work on time everyday to please your job coach.<br>

slide18. Morgan’s Advice One advice that I would give to someone before they go to Project Search is to stay positive. Don’t come in being stressed out. Take a few minutes to take a deep breath and walk in with a positive attitude and a positive smile.<br>

slide21. Anthony’s Advice My advice to students who would like to come to XAVIER UNIVERSITY for Project Search is to OPEN your ears and engage your brain so that you can learn on the job and take the skills with you anywhere.<br>

I would tell them some things that I like are weeding and putting in new mulch.
Also tell them it is hard to pull weeds that have strong roots.<br>

I would also tell them that it is great to meet all the different people.
They also would see all the different things on campus.<br>
slide24. Brittney H’s Advice My advice for students coming to project search is that you have to be ready for anything that is thrown at you.
I have learned so much but the best part is making friends with people on campus.<br>

Also I get a mentor as a friend and I like how we get to do activities with our mentors.<br>

I meet different people in Project SEARCH.<br>
slide35. Zachary’s Advice I like being at Xavier because of the things that I am learning that I did not know before.
I also go around the college to do my job here a Xavier to drop off and pick up boxes. To me, it is a lot of fun.<br>
