Compensation evaluates the position to determine/validate: Comparison to the external market and internal peers Compliance with wage and hour laws All positions are considered to be over-time eligible (non-exempt) until proven otherwise via an analysis of the position description Compliance with equal opportunity laws requiring disability accommodations A role that is created to fulfill a business need of an organization.
