The quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause.
Rightfulness or lawfulness, as of a claim or title.<br>
slide4. the administering of deserved punishment or reward.
the maintenance or administration of what is just by law, as by judicial or other proceedings: a court of justice.<br>
slide5. Justices: keeping the balance of rights among individuals of a society.
This term is usually associate with equality.Thus it aims at providing equality without differentiating among the different components of the society in terms of culture, gender, religion, ideology .<br>

Equality refers to every individual’s right to participate in all aspects of community life, including non-discriminatory early childhood services. Equality is about “individual rights” to ensure we are all treated “equally” regardless of race, religion, culture, gender or disability.
Supporting that person to be an individual, enabling them to make informed choices, and to respect that person choice, although you may not agree.<br>

equity involves ensuring individuals have what they need to enact those rights.<br>
slide8. Examples of equality & equity For a person who is blind it may involve having screen readers on your computers and removing obstacles in your building.
For someone from a minority background it may involve having affirming messages in your youth space so that young people know that diversity and difference is valued.<br>

State of having a distinct identity, or being an individual distinct from others; individuality.
The fully developed self; one's personality, character.<br>
slide10. Self Realization:
It all starts at the moment you question who you are, what is your purpose and why you are here at this time, your long process of self-realization begins.
It typically starts when you see yourself as a singular expression, instead of being part of a hive or cluster of people or group mind.
Those aspirations for singularity may initially reveal themselves in numerous ways such as personalized appearance, unconventional thoughts, talent, creative outbursts and questioning authority and conformity.<br>

People should be free to express their individuality.

Receiving respect from others is important because it helps us to feel safe and to express ourselves.

Respect means that you accept somebody for who they are, even when they’re different from you or you don’t agree with them.
Respect in your relationships builds feelings of trust, safety, and wellbeing.
Respect doesn’t have to come naturally – it is something you learn.<br>
