SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR SLOW LEARNERS The handicaps of physically disabled such as blind ,deaf, dumb, lame etc are apparent to the observer but the handicaps of the slow learners are not always so obvious.
Their handicap is related to their power of thinking and their ability to learn.
They are therefore not so able as most children to meet the normal demands of education and life in modern society.<br>
