Three Exercises
This app allows you to be productive and keep track of your exercises by using technology.
It consist of 3 sets of three exercises that can easily be performed daily. There are different levels: easy, medium, and hard(modify if need to)
The time of rest can also be changed.Slide4

Rest for 30 secs
40 crunches
Rest for 30 secs
15 squats
