C h e z B r u c e Covid Measures: We have removed a number of tables and reduced the capacity of some others to provide a more spacious dining environment. All staff have received Covid specific training and dining room staff will be wearing face masks or visors. All staff will be temperature checked twice per day. There will be a member of staff dedicated to cleaning and sanitising public areas during opening times. Hand sanitiser will be available on arrival and on every table. We will be asking that customers do not enter the dining room before being greeted by a member of staff and there will be signage to this effect. We have made some changes to service at table and ask that customers are understanding of this. All menus and an abridged wine list will be single use and disposable. The full wine list will be available by QR code. We discourage the use of cash payment and the credit card machine will be sanitised between uses.
