The problem the Built-in Trash Bag Dispenser will solve is the time consuming task of disposing of municipal solid waste. Often times going back and forth across a room to get a trash bag is a waste of a person’s time, and energy. By allowing the trash can to work like a wipes dispenser it will decrease the amount of time spent doing household chores. Every time a standard polyethylene garbage bag is pulled out from the bottom of  a wastebasket another one will emerge. The Built-in Trash Bag Dispenser would benefit anyone who owns a trash can. This invention would be most appreciated in homes, buildings, and restaurants. Which is where the most municipal solid waste is produced. Constructing a trash can that dispenses its own garbage bags would enable people to quickly replace trash bags throughout their homes. . Failure . Propagation and Societal Impacts.
