Before: Wash and arrange desks to form 3 long rows facing each other.
Wash hands in small bathroom 1 group at a time.
DURING: Send 1 student from each group to retrieve supplies for each groupSlide2

During Cont.: There are 2 different
redcipes
Each student will get 1 flaky biscuit separate it in ½ so you have 2 thin circles
1 piece of dough is for station 1 one is for station 2.
Station 1 is an opportunity to be creative: roll dough into a long “snake’ and make your initial or tie it into a bow, etc.Slide3

Follow direction for each recipe. One end of the table will do a station then switch supply trays to complete the other station.
Station 2: personal pizza topping choices:
1 t-Tomato sauce, 3-turkey pepperoni, 4-Canadian Bacon bits, sprinkle-chopped black olives, 4-pineapple tidbits, 2 T-Shredded Italian blend cheese
Make it look like a monster or happy face-remember children like something that looks silly…but appetizing. Slide4

VERY IMPORTANT>>>>
Station 2- create a lip around the edge of your circle of dough for the pizza crust so your sauce and toppings do not slide off!!
Create your masterpieces on the parchment paper provided…label with your name in pencil.
Use time wisely…it takes 12 minutes to cook each pan. Only 3 pans can cook at a time.Slide5

Assign duties-supplier, butter
melter
, baker/time keeper, dishwasher, table washer, dryer/
refiller
for next lab group. Sweeper, manager responsible to check that all is clean and in order.
Desks need to be turned back to back for the next class-those not cleaning should arrange this.
