Bullies may display some or all of these personality characteristics:Lack of empathy - Bullies feel no remorse for their victims. When questioned about a bullying incident, bullies will typically blame the victim, and they will show no remorse.

Dr. Jekyl and Mr, Hyde - Bullies appear to have a sweet demeanor when witnesses are present. In the absence of a witness, bullies are mean and vindictive to their victims.

Excellent liars ,and manipulators- “Highly skilled in social manipulation”

Bullies make excuses for their behavior and thus are able to secure positions of authority in the organization
