The Problem and Policy

Since the Cold War the U.S. has had an embargo against Cuba. The embargo damages the American economy. Cubans are also faced by abject poverty.

Cuba must guarantee the United States a fair and open marketplace, in return the U.S. will provide humanitarian aid. The aid will secure the future of the newly formed economy. Slide3

Lifting the Embargo will restore American citizens their rights.
