management The following are provided for consideration In each classroom there should be written and visual representation of 4 rights ie Personal Responsibility Safety Personal Responsibility Learning Communal Responsibility Safety Communal Responsibility Learning along with the sample of related responsibilities for each of them They need to be easily seen by students so that they can be referred to by teachers It would then be logical to start with existing expectations rules and values and get students to understand their relationship with the 4 rights
