Some helpful tips:Recruit one troop per station. Larger troops can have 2 stations. The will run the station during the event.Use the Sample Incentives from the previous year for a couple of drawing prizes.Have the check in table give out a passport encouraging the troops to visit every station.

Slide19

Some helpful tips:Call council for cookie samples. They base how many boxes receive on how many attendees you have. This is a troop event. Safety Activity Checkpoints need to be observed.Have a “hang out” area for those Scouts who run through the stations quicker than others. Offer them a cookie picture to color!
