Place preorder for cookies by 10/5

Pick up order at Depot DaySell your initial order and replenish at a cupboard by 11/11. Be sure to place your planned order in time to meet pickup deadline. (This includes Cookie Share Cookies)Troops that complete the Dash will receive a Special Cookie Gift Pack and Great Cookie Dash patches for girls. (Per Smart Cookies on 11/11)

Locations listed on roster, sent via email * Reserve cookies via planned order - CASES ONLY * Cupboard Managers send confirmation * Verify location of cupboard * Arrive at assigned time

* Bring signed T1, T12 if necessary

*No returns! No Walk-ins

Troop to Troop

Troops can swap cookies one for one, no paperwork is needed.

Troops can transfer their cookies out of inventory to another troop. *T4 form is filled out * Entered into Smart Cookies in a timely manner by the giving troop

Sites are secured by trained and appointed SU Booth Sale Coordinator not TCM or other leaders

Service Unit Booth selection or lottery is held to assign boothsAdditional Booth Locations in Smart CookiesIf you can not attend the booth, as early as possible, it needs to be updated and released in Smart Cookies so others can use the booth location

Make frequent deposits

Use Smart Cookies to ensure correct ACH amounts to avoid overdraftsFrequently review the status of the cookie order during the sale and update girl’s salesTCMs are financially responsible for all cookies in the troop’s possession

Recognition Choices for Girls

All troops need to submit a Recognition order in Smart Cookies by December 15

th. Troops Opting out will need to place order for patchesGirls will have the choice of 2 items at most levels OR$ Adventure Bucks* may be chosen and can ‘purchase’ Camp discounts, travel opportunities and fun stuffCookiesx2 Girls that sold 100 boxes of cookies in 2018 sale and double their sales this year will attend a Country Club Pool Party to take place on June 9, 2019
